-With Crothall Healthcare I was contracted with Hardin Memorial Hospital as a Patient Ambassador to help ensure the Hospitality of our Facility. I worked heavily with HCHAPS scores and Joint Comission to ensure that we as a Healthcare Facility we were always up to date with Regualtions as far as health codes and cleanliness of the hospital and patient rooms.
