As a Mechanical Engineering professional for more than 18 years in Plant Operation Planning & Maintenance with various Utility & Production Units of Oil & Gas on Onshore & Offshore, Petrochemical and Oilfield Plants, I have extended expertise in following key areas

• Installation and commissioning new equipment’s performed basic and detail engineering for new and modification projects, installation of piping, rotary and static equipment

• Outlining plans to service the equipment in a plant to help prevent unexpected break downs.

• Preparation of engineering drawings, piping plans and isometrics to carry out installation

• Supervision & management of equipment commissioning and coordinate with manufacturers for start-up of plant equipment

• Prepare purchases specifications (Purchase Requisitions, Data Sheets and Technical Bid Evaluations) for static and rotary equipment, utility systems, piping materials etc. and provide recommendation for procurement.

• Exercise Control over manpower and material resources to execute jobs within schedule planning and scheduling work related to all equipment and plants

• Carryout / Participate HAZOP to ensure safe working and operating conditions in the plant.

• Carry Out Root Cause Analysis for the failure of equipments & do changes in the operations to avoid same cause of failure again

Since October Mechanical Engineer – AbuDhabi Oil Company Japan (ADOC), Abu Dhabi, UAE. 2014

In 2014 I was released from my Job due to economic constrain and had to search for new job, In end of October 2014 I was appointed as A Mechanical Engineer in ADOC Japan, AduDhabi oil co., ltd. ADOC is an oil and gas company operating three offshore oilfields. These fields are Mubarraz field, Umm Al Anbar field (referred as AR) and Neewat Al Ghalan field

(referred as GA). The hydrocarbons obtained from Mubarraz oilfield under ADOC concessions is processed on Mubarraz Island. The hydrocarbons from AR and GA fields are processed on AR site terminal. Crude oil from Mubarraz Island along with crude oil from AR site terminal is stored on Mubarraz Island and is exported via SPM facility Working Area – Maintenance & Integrity Dept AUH Office, Site Engineering on Crude oil Recovery Island & Oil Platforms

Responsible for Maintenance related Mechanical Steel & Rotating Equipments Working for Maintenance of the Plant with following units- Working as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (For Both Static & Rotating equipments –Offshore Platforms and Island Zero flaring Process facility) at the offshore oil and gas field of ADOC Japan in Abu Dhabi. The zero gas flaring facility consists of high pressure sweet gas and sour gas injection plants.

• Assist the Superintendent – Maintenance in developing the annual and long term maintenance plan for all facilities in line with company’s overall maintenance strategy

• Develop and seek approval for the Steel/Mechanical section’s annual maintenance & Site inspection plans to support the achievement of short term maintenance strategy.

• Coordinate and assist in effective implementation of approved plans, across all facilities within set timelines and budget to facilitate uninterrupted operations

• Continuously monitor and review the annual maintenance plans & activities and prepare work schedules accordingly to ensure all approved plans are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner.

• Closely associate with corrosion monitoring and protection programme while coordinating and assisting inspections, surveys & work assessments of facilities.

• In charge for maintenance activity of rotating equipments at offshore platforms and Crude oil recovery facilities, Responding to breakdowns

Since August Maintenance Engineer – Global Chemical Company LLC, Abu Dhabi, UAE. 2007 (Division of Almansoori Petroleum Company)

In 2007 I got a good opportunity to join Almansoori Petroleum Industries Ltd in AbuDhabi UAE. They hired me for their new project Global Chemical company A Sulphonated sodium Asphalt & Drilling additives manufacturing plant as a Maintenance engineer. I started working in Global Chemical Plant as a Maintenance engineer from Erection stage and was well trained for whole commissioning works and thus one more experience was added in my life and I really enjoyed working and was successfully able to erect and commission the whole plant with my team members.I then was responsible as A Maintenance team leader.

I Started My Career in 1993 by joining Finolex Industries Ltd. Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India A PVC Resin Plant. I joined as a Plant operator and operated different units like Offsite & Utility, Reactors, Dryer plant & Effluent Treatment plant, I worked in Operations for 06 years, I passed Boiler proficiency second class examination and then was transferred to Maintenance department as a Maintenance Supervisor. I then continued working with Finolex for still more 5 years Working Area – Offsites & Utilities Plant, Reactors, Drying Unit, Effluent Treatment Plant (11 Years) Responsible for Operations & Maintenance

Worked for Operation & Maintenance with following units-

• Cryogenic Distillation in ASU to produce 99.9% pure oxygen (100 TPD) & 100% pure gaseous Nitrogen.

• Gas Absorption in Air Drying Unit to supply moisture & hydrocarbon free air to pneumatically controlled instruments all over the complex.

• Steam Generation by Three high pressure (22 MT/hr at 17.5 Kg/cm2) water-tube oil-fired TBW Boilers with Economizer & De-aerator.

• De-Mineralization of process water by Cation, Anion & Mixed Bed Exchangers Operating flow at 240 m3/hr.

(Fully PLC based operation control).

• Cooling Tower of 4000 m3/hr circulating 4 Centrifugal pumps of 1700 m3/hr. to supply required quantity of cooling water to various exchangers in the plant.

• Hydrogen Generation by electrolysis to supply H2 for hydrogenation of acetylene.

• Refrigeration Systems for HCL chilling at -32 C by R-22, Air chilling unit (122TR), Brine chilling system, Cold rooms (-20 C & + 20 C), Dehumidification by package units etc.

• Compression System for Air, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Recycle Gas & Freon with various types of machines including centrifugal, reciprocating, lobe, screw, KC-6, FK-4 from JOY, Sulzer, Kirloskar, Chicago Pneumatic etc.

• Chlorine Handling Unit of 65 Kg/hr. Capacity.

• Chemical handling Systems for Methanol, VCM, EDC, HCL, LSHS, SKO, HSD, LPG, caustic, catalyst (MEDC, EHP & 20W40) etc.
