Planned and unplanned maintenance of Centrifugal and PD Pumps including all checks like as found reading, Alignment, bearing checks, Mechanical seal checks, Repairing and replacement of all damage parts and install pumps at site with allowable checks and final alignment. ALIGNMENT,

I am experienced in precise alignment of pumps compressors, Turbines Gear boxes. I am experienced in straight edge and feeler gauge, Rim and face alignment, Reverse Rim and face alignment methods of indicator Alignment.

VALVES,

Removal, Refurbishment, Hydro Tests, Leaks Tests, Box up and Installation of all types of valves Like Gate valves, Globe valves, NRV [LUG VALVES Butterfly valves Diaphragm valves, Repairing and Replacement of all damage parts.

HEAT EXCHANGERS,

Maintenance of U-Tube Heat Exchanger, straight Tube Heat exchanger and plate Type Heat exchangers perform Hydro Testing Leak test, HP jetting, chemical and mechanical cleaning. COMPRESSORS,
