Project description:

Evaluated the radical scavenging capacity of the aqueous extract of Agaricus bisporus and Studied the effect of aqueous extract of Agaricus bisporus against isoproterenol induced myocardial infarction and the effect of aqueous extract of Agaricus bisporus against scopolamine induced brain damage.

Ability to handle animals (Rat and mice).
