Gathered labor hours from dispatch each morning. Made a spread sheet to distribute of the crews and the jobs they were assigned to.

Entered the labor hours and equipment time into Quick Books; the labor was also used for payroll purposes. I would then send out Daily

Work tickets to be approved by the company we were working for at the time; I would then invoice these charges to be sent with the

proper approvals and back up. I would help in other areas as needed, and sometimes handle special projects.

ACCOUNTING CLERK, AHI SUPPLY

Dispatch would give me any work tickets that needed to be billed. I would enter all information, run invoices, and send out according to the home builder.

I would send out tickets to be signed for by the builder’s superintendent on the job, and make sure I had all approvals for work done on the sites.

I also helped with accounts receivable to go over any billing discrepancies with the customers.
