KEY TASKS HANDLED

Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and handing over the complete electrical service installation in accordance with contract preliminaries, conditions and as described within the consultant specification, general technical preliminary specification, work package etc.

Report to the Project Manager for the routine monitoring, information gathering, reporting and resources co-ordinations required for the project.

Detailed designing of small power, lighting, mains and sub main installations,LV distribution system preparing load schedules, SLD’s and tracking consultant approval.

Preparation of shop drawings, material submittals for all electrical and ELV services for Consultant/Client approval.

Preparation of progress reports and schedules, Attending technical and progress review meeting with Consultant/Client

Held meetings with other engineers, sub-engineers and technicians to discuss scheduling, safety and other technical concerns and plan in accordance with the project completion requirements.

Scheduling the delivery of the material as per the project completion date and follow up with the supplier/manufacture for the delivery and getting MIR approval from Consultant/Client.

Carry out Electrical Installation in accordance with the best international standards and getting IR approvals from the Consultant/Client.

To coordinate with relevant specialist suppliers and contractors to prepare detail design, installation, testing and commissioning of the systems like BUS BAR,Genset,UPS,BMS,Fire Alarm,SMATV/IPTV,TEL,DATA & WiFi system,CCTV,PA,AV,Access Control system,LIFT,Sub Station,Dimmer Lighting System,Façade Lighting,Lightning protection and Earthing system,GRMS,BGM,PBX,Command Room,LV Switchgear etc.

Responsible for preparing the variations and monthly bills based on the BOQ and tracking consultant and client approval.

Conducting testing and commissioning of all electrical and ELV installations

Dealing with MEDC for inspections and permanent connections, coordinating for ROP inspections

Preparation of as built drawings, submission of O&M manuals,training reports and all relevant handing over documents to Consultant/Clients
