Prepares preventive maintenance schedule for the machineries.

Implements the preventive maintenance schedule.

Identifies & arranges the spare parts that are necessary for breakdowns & preventive maintenance.

Maintains a minimum stock of spares and the breakdown slips & records.

Analyzes the maintenance problem & accordingly allocates the job to sub-ordinates.

Carries out spot verification to ensure proper working of the machineries upon completion of the job.
