I enjoy playing sports like football and swimming. I have represented my school and college in both state and national level tournaments. I honestly believe that [my happy mood is activated every time I am on the pitch]. Once I discovered the effect sports had on me, it was tough to give up. I still play 5-a-side football at least thrice a week at the local club. I look forward to these evenings with my team and it keeps me fit both physically and mentally.
