SUMMARY AND SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE:

A proven veteran of the heavy civil and petrochemical industry with additional experience in US government contracting all with an outstanding safety record ranging from large, medium and small capital projects up to $1.8 Bil.

Projects have included roads, large sites, salvage, demolition, LNG, refining, chemical process, infrastructure and nontraditional projects.

Extensive experience focusing in loss prevention, shop, field, and modular fabrication. Pipe lay both onshore and offshore, airport construction, heavy lift, marine transportation, offshore installation, rail, harbor construction, sewerage, water distribution, compressors, power generation, heavy civil works, disaster recovery and complex remediation projects.

Fully conversant with domestic and international engineering standards. Proven ability to maintain a positive dialogue with client stakeholders, subcontractors and governmental agencies.

Competent in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access, Visio, Project, Primavera, AUTOCAD, MicroStaion, PDMS, 3D lift plan, ASME P30.1 Lift Planner, SMART Rigger, Manitowoc 3D Lift Plan and numerous proprietary programs.

Specific managerial and design supervision experience have continually maintaining strict financial awareness and close control of budgets with accurate reporting to senior management. Design background has included FEED, detail design, material management . Construction, constructability and commissioning has included structural fabrication of skids, racks, offshore jackets, onshore or offshore modules. Product and plant utility piping both small and large bore including HDPE up to 84 inches in diameter. Harbor dredging, pile driving, offshore ULCC loading terminals. Recruited and organized engineering, construction and administrative personnel for numerous domestic and international projects. Tank design and construction including floating roof tanks up to 1.5 MBbl, LNG tanks maximum capacity of 100,000 M3 and Spheres to 60,000 Concrete works have included large mass foundations, piping, duct banks, road and general foundations for plant and structures.. Managed fabrication yard engineering, materials, procurement, warehousing and strict document control. Vertical construction included warehousing, steel framed office construction, accommodations construction, stick and modular.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: BSc Civil Engineer from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo California May of 1973. Subsequently completed a mid-career Masters in Engineering Management. Frequent and numerous corporate internal courses ranging from HSSE, materials management, engineering procedures, cost management, procurement, QAQC, planning, scheduling, project execution with Fluor, KBR, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Phillips Petroleum and USG.

Was further responsible for rigger and operator qualifications and training. Rig erection employed rough terrain mobile cranes and larger crawler cranes utilizing several boom configurations.
