Brief Description: infrastructure development workers of several roads and drainage system in the industrial area. The local road and drainage networkers program include the protection, relocation and upgrading of the existing utilities such as portable water lines, electrical cable and substations telecommunication networks and construction of treated sewage effluent networks for irrigation of soft landscaping and public gardens. It include construction of a large tank to store water after rain, development and upgrade the drainage micro tunneling works, street light and replace the old boundary wall.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with PARSON Health and Safety Management System and Client requirements.
• Review and inspect work areas determining potential occurrence of safety hazards.
• Observe and ensure staff on site always; wear personal protective equipment, use hard hats and protective footwear, operate construction equipment in a safe manner and follow PARSON safety policies.

Brief Description: The project is located in Al Rayyan area south of Al Rayyan and Dukhan Highway. It includes the area around Wajba Palace Garden and Barzan Camp, basically consists of diverting the existing sanitary sewer network falling from Al-Wajba Palace and Barzan Camp to a permanent gravity sewer Network “under Construction” heading to Pump Station 70. The project comprises the construction of approximately 4km of very deep sewers with diameters 600mm and depths between 8m to 28m from the existing ground level. Associated manhole/access chambers will be provided at changes in direction and at intervals of approximately 100m. Since much of the network of pipes will be at a depth greater than 6m, the likely method of construction will be micro-tunneling. +9

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Talk form and proper communication to the workforce
Reviewing of HSE Plans and procedure, risk assessment and auditing plan
