to ensure all equipment are safe to use and pose no harm to human as well as to environment.
Conduct accident investigation when accident/incident or near miss occurred, determine the root cause, and provide recommendation that can help prevent recurrence of the same.
Submit a written HSE report to Safety Manager with all the details if any accident occurred and recommend possible solution to avoid recurrence.
