• Program managed rollout of Panasonic Avionics’ first ever wireless product rollout to 18 airline customers. Improved and aligned airline customer schedules with our roadmap, and improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Managed ‘transformation’ of both technical and administrative functions from NadaGuides to JD Power. Successful integration into new enterprise, including infrastructure, codebase, IT policies.

• Program managed Consumer Reports Data Management System application (CRDMS) for end- to-end data entry to publication. Reduced throughput time by 5X.

• Implemented the rollout of a new data platform to integrate all data sources at Teacher Created Materials, including from Salesforce, Netsuite and an internal Order-to-Cash system. Thorough RFP with 5 vendors (including Salesforce/MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit) and negotiating the best platform for our needs.

Data Services Manager, Teacher Created Materials (TCM) Huntington Beach, CA (2019 – June 2020)

Core functions: As the Data Services manager, responsible for managing all data related projects.

• Worked with the VP to create a IT Governance document

• Configured and implemented a data platform (Celigo) to integrate all TCM data sources, including from Salesforce, Netsuite and an internal Order-to-Cash system. Thorough RFP with 5 vendors (including Salesforce/MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit) and negotiating the best platform for our needs.

• Database management for ~60k products, and preparation for a Data Lake.

• Internal reporting for key stakeholders.

• EDI management for key vendors including Amazon. Director of Technical B2C Services, JD Power/NadaGuides Costa Mesa, CA (2016 – 2019)

Core functions: As the Director of Technical B2C Services at JD Power (and previously Director of IT at NadaGuides), managed a team of 15 (Software development, Database architecture and IT Network infrastructure) resources.

• Converted the Nadaguides.com website to a ‘Responsive’ design. Increased page views by a few million per month.

• Transformed technical and administrative management from NadaGuides to JD Power. Successful integration into new enterprise, including infrastructure, code base, IT policies.

• Defined new lean processes/workflows and implemented Agile principles. Improved program and project delivery by 3X.

• Revamped ‘JDpower.com’ website with upgraded ad architecture. Increased revenues and speed of page-loads multi-fold.

• Vendor management for ~50 IT vendors/$250k. Streamlined and reduced expenses (e.g. 50% reduction in annual costs with a key vendor).

• Project managed the upgrade to Azure DevOps, upgrades to SQL server and .Net platforms.

Lake Forest, CA (2015 – 2016) 6-month break after Consumer Reports for relocating to CA from NY Core functions: As Program Manager for their new WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) product, managed the rollout to 18 airline customers, including several in parallel.

• Creation of a strategic roadmap for internal and external stakeholders with timelines for the next 2 years highlighting availability of new features. Improved and aligned airline customer schedules with our roadmap, and improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Trained team to adopt Agile software implementation methodology (daily scrums with the Business, Product and Development teams, constant communication, reporting). Improved implementation time and drastic reduction in software bugs. Data Engineering Manager, Consumer Reports

Yonkers, NY (2007 – 2014)

Core functions: Manager for all Data Programs including: Data feeds management, Database design & modeling, Implementation and support of all Consumers Reports databases. Managed a team of 10 (Business Analysts, Database developers, QA team) resources.

• Enhanced workflows to efficiently convey proprietary data to subscribers and other downstream clients.
