Duties:

Preconstruction activities including design review with the architects & engineers, tendering and bidding process, estimating and budgeting, obtaining building permits and other required permits.

Project management including scheduling, reporting, monitoring the contractors progress and compliance with building and safety codes, revising and approving contractors monthly invoices, supervising project progress at site from start to finish to ensure finishing on time and within budget.

Prepare contracts, purchase orders, change orders.

Read and interpret blue prints and specifications of the project including civil, architect and MEP drawings.
