Formulating and implementing organizational policies and procedures to maximize output and drive continuous improvement. Recruitment and performance evaluation of staff. Fleet DOT compliance FMCSA. Quality control and Safety program implementation and compliance. Implementation of Lean MFG concepts, training and writing procedures. Facility maintenance and resource justification; Inventory control, Oversee the maintenances of all equipment, enforce HR standards and compliance. Rehired in 2012 to managed Namasco/Klockner’s facility in Suwanee, GA; after successfully implementing a change in shift structure along with other improvements, I was asked to move to Birmingham in 2013 to drive change and more efficient operation.
