Hired as a server in 2011. Enjoyed working with others in large party dinners while also enjoying the pace of a high volume restaurant. Also was a part of the training team, educating new team members about all menu items and beverage program. Assisted on new store openings as a corporate trainer. Worked my way to Assistant General Manager who was responsible for maintaining all new team member hires as well as but not limited to bar scheduling, writing a P&L, and recording all liquor and beer inventory. Left concept to return to school and obtain bachelor’s degree.

As a server I was responsible for assisting guests in dining choices. Informing new team members of all procedures, and new menu items. As a bartender I was responsible for training all new staff members, and assisted with the corporate office with marketing and advertising. Left concept to pursue a larger role with a large corporate concept.
