Programming PC Servers, Switches to meet the Lab requirements per each Aircraft Configuration, which includes retrieving ALL NIC MAC address for entering into the closed Network Enviroment for Pixing loading and remote log in as needed by Engineering.

Receiving and inventorying of ALL parts and Raw materials ordered /delivered for Lab assembly. This includes the usage of SAP (Inventory based software) to assign and or transfer parts required for Inventory Control and cost analysis.SAP is also utilized for reports and KPIs.

2010 to 2018 Thales Avionics: Senior Systems Technician (LR-5)

Perform repairs and the Build of system cabling Not included for Aircraft Delivery needed for Lab use. Aided in Design & modification of cables, test boxes and Fixtures from Engineering Drawings or Schematics as Requested. Maintain all systems within the LAB environment, including Head End Builds,

Other duties include assisting the System Engineers in the testing of software and hardware, troubleshooting LAB Systems and issues and finding efficient solutions to expedite repairs and testing. Perform teardown of LABS to meet Customer Aircraft On Time deliveries.

responsibilieies include the Inventory of the Hardware both incoming and the ordering to maintain build schedules. I am Familiar with SAP, M2K.(Inventory control and ordering programs) Excel and outlook.

01/07-7/2010: Thales Avionics: Assembler, Senior Prototype

Consisted of preassembly of Head End LRU’s (Line Replacable Units)

Also worked on Seat End units and Overhead Units, constructed and assembled associated cable assembly’s using various Engineering Documents, including Blue print and Schematics. Experiance also includes Quality control and Inspection and testing of Electro Mechanical assemblies following test procedures and Production Process' as outlined.

2003 to 2007: Thales Avionics- Manufacturing DEPT.

Worked as/in the rework assembly area, repairing various types of LRU’s and cable assemblies

Troubleshooting and initiating electronic repairs such as soldering and component replacement on PCB boards, repining of connectors to meet Quality Control, schedules and quotas.

1998 to 2002: Thales Avionics: Assembler (LR-5)

In the Manufacturing Line, working as a Cable assembler, this includes IFEC Harness' and specific aircraft and in seat cables or other Aircraft type cables as required.

This included usage of various types of electromechanical crimping machines, hand tools and various metering equipment to aid in inspection and assure quality control.
