MANAGER/MCDONALD’S

June 2007-April 2011 in El Paso, TX.

I would be responsible of a shift of around 13 people. Managing registers from open to close. Make sure store was running productively and clean. Have a 100% customer satisfaction. Would report to upper management at the end of the day.

QA INSPECTOR/PLUS SYSTEMS

November 2011-May 2013 in El Paso, TX.

My job duties were to keep track of the incoming inventory of various departments. I would also unwrap the pallets, unpack the car parts and inspect them to make sure they were functioning the correct way.

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE/MAXIMUS

October 2013-November 2014 in Odessa, TX.

I would take incoming calls of Texas residents inquiring about their government benefits like SNAP, TANF, MEDICAID AND MEDICARE. I would assist in looking up their cases to look at their status and update any information like address or employment. Would do continuously counting throughout the warehouse to keep track of inventory. Would also look for missing pallets to be able to locate missing product and make sure inventory was being kept track of. I would also do quality check once a week on one of the trailers unloading every box and scanning on a computer to make sure everything that was supposed to be in there was there, keeping track of quality control.

Would take incoming calls for Oklahoma residents inquiring about their electricity bills, which is provided by OG&E (Oklahoma Gas and Electric). Would assist with setting up new service by doing a contract asking the correct questions to run a soft credit check and deciding whether they would have to pay for a deposit or not. Would have to briefly document each call providing information of what was discussed during the call.
