Prior to working in the field of psychiatry and wellness, for which I remain deeply committed to in practice, I had worked in the field of dermatology. • Working with adult patients 18+ (with a variable patient population), providing both psychotherapy and psychopharmacological treatment and management for initial consultations and follow up patients. Patients treated suffer from a variety of psychiatric conditions and comorbidities ranging from depression, (including treatment resistant depression), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD, phobias, adjustment disorder, family and/or marital issues, postpartum depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance abuse disorder, eating disorders, PTSD and other trauma, insomnia, personality disorders, and many more disease states.

• Conducted many encounters with established patients via telemedicine on various platforms

(Zoom, Chiron, Cisco, and Skype). Primarily conducted follow-ups in office, but utilized telepsychiatry when necessary. Comfortable and proficient using telemedicine, remote visits if deemed more accessible for patient.

• Administer ketamine after an extensive consultation to evaluate each candidate for therapy with an individualized designed protocol for patients to treat depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, PTSD, and many other mental health disorders. Also trained to utilize transcranial magnetic stimulation, (Neurostar), for many psychiatric conditions.

• Offer weight management services to those who meet the AAFP criteria for obesity or metabolic syndrome through dietary and lifestyle changes in conjunction with pharmacological treatment, modified, modern weight loss protocols, and psychotherapy.

• Evaluate and treat patients with substance abuse disorders via prescribing Buprenorphine, administering Vivitrol, or prescribing Naltrexone, etc. Licensed Buprenorphine prescriber for 100 patients annually, initiating inductions in office and maintaining patients during follow ups. Provide psychopharmacology salivary testing to evaluate potential responsiveness to various classes of psychotropics, drug metabolism, and potential drug-drug interactions.

• Offer novel, integrative treatment to treat conditions induced by hormonal imbalances or for the purposes of anti-aging, with the use of various forms of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine, which strives to integrate regenerative medicine in to clinical practice.

• Perform aesthetics to cosmetic patients as well as psychiatric patients seeking improvement in skin texture, laxity, and for anti-aging purposed via injectable neurotoxins and/or dermal fillers.
