Lincoln Electric System – Manager, Safety and Wellness 2010 –2011
Management responsibilities for all aspects of a utility safety department including a formal wellness program and training development, delivery and tracking. Dramatic DART and Incident rate reductions resulted in significant improvements in workers compensation premiums. Culture change initiatives included safety manual revision and restructuring, safety meeting revamps, and active wellness programs. Developed changes to crane safety programs across multi-employer platforms.
L.E. Myers Corp. – Regional Safety Supervisor 2008 – 2010
Safety responsibilities covered nine mid-west states and three safety supervisors. Additional responsibilities included two major multi-million-dollar electric transmission projects. Both projects were completed on time with no lost time injuries.
