Carnival outsourced global IT functions & staff to help unify all brand’s technology to streamline operations.

Draw upon OSD SME to initiate, plan, create, and test deployment projects.

Provide third level process documentation, job shadowing, on call technical mentoring, for global disparate teams with emphasis on unifying.

Disaster Recovery: Design, create hardware agnostic images for Agility deployment process, and conduct testing with Carnival Business Unit to ensure accuracy. Documented process, and mentored handoff to global disparate teams. Supported yearly trailer testing with Business Units.

Setup and supported over 100 models: Desktop, Laptops, systems, workstations, tablets, POS. Setup troubleshooting in Task Sequences for global IT Managers and technicians to know if an image was a go or no go for deployment to customers.

Created images used on over 35000 systems. Provided global 3rd level Help Desk support and mentoring.

SCCM Packaging using batch scripting, SMSI, InstallShield, Powershell, APP-V.

Key Accomplishments:

Planned, implemented, tested, supported, and trained shipboard staff for new ships with setting up of SCCM OSD, and packaging for shipboard deployments.

Implemented refreshing systems in SCCM OSD from obsolete Windows Operating systems (XP, and Vista) to Windows 7 for multiple manufacturer imaging for desktop, laptop, tablet, POS systems.

SCCM Configuration Manager versions 2007 through 1702. Created Golden agnostic Windows images for Windows XP through Windows 8.1. Setup and supported over 100 different chassis systems.

SCCM Packaging.

SMS 2003 packaging, deployment, hotfixes, and support.

RIS imaging scripted with applications with solution logs creation for troubleshooting ease by shipboard IT managers. Global Remote

osetup of RIS servers for use. Provided global 3rd level support for total imaging deployments with core applications.

Created Windows images sysprep, then conduct the deployment.
