Managed system and application upgrades for mid range and mainframe computer systems without unplanned service outage or ever paying any SLA penalties.

System administrator and group leader for a computer job scheduling tool. Responsibilities included Sun system administration, Windows system administration, Sybase database administration, and web page administration. Identified process and performance improvements for job scheduling and monitoring environment.

Conceived and developed idea for intranet information system that provides integrated documentation, scheduling and paging which allowed for more efficient management of computer applications. Presented paper at CA World convention on integrating this with Autosys.
