My latest Positions were Managing Fleet from 2017 to 2018 and Regional VP of Savannah, South Georgia and Florida. The Previous 11 Years, I performed Field Operations across the Southeast and Dispatched Personnel and Equipment to GA, SC, NC, VA, FL, AL and MS.

On a Day to Day Basis I tracked and managed the GPS Systems in all our Heavy and Light Equipment, making sure everything is functioning and requesting repairs to the Maintenance Department if necessary. I oversaw all Fuel Transactions multiple times Daily to ensure there is no theft of services within our organization. I also properly code fuel to correct job numbers so fuel is being charged properly to the correct job. I’ve Managed the Fleets Vehicle Registrations, Insurance and Titling Documentation and maintained an accurate equipment asset list. I work with a 3rd Party Company, 5 Star Compliance, to make sure our IFTA and IRP on our Heavy Equipment are up to date and our equipment is ready to roll. When I am not working on Fleet, I assist in all aspects of Company Operations thru our Senior VP. Assisting Sumter, Savannah, Tuscaloosa, AL, Columbus, MS and South Georgia with Operations, providing Safety Coverage during Outages and Managing Equipment movement throughout the Company. My 1st 3 years here I spent in the Field learning the Craft and tricks of the trade. This is where most of the relationships are developed with Employees and Customers who see you involved in the hard work we do. It was a great feat growing our Company from 7 Million to a 100 Million Dollar Company. I’ve managed dozens of successful Outages and Projects the previous 14 years, most significantly our Rayonier, Jesup Outage which consists of over 130 Personnel and hundreds of pieces of Equipment. Back to back Outages are also a Challenge and have completed many of those. In 2015 we did 5 in a row without missing a Day in between. Our Company currently has 400+ Employee’s in NC, SC, GA, AL and MS. We travel as far West as AR and as far North as Wisconsin, my home State.

Whenever a challenge arises, I accept it. If a role needs to be filled, I fill it. The success of the organization as a whole is more important to me than anything. My goal has always been to be successful at home and work. To provide a healthy and happy lifestyle for my family and lead by example for our employees. If our guys see people moving up within the organization and becoming successful, that is a very motivating factor in their future success. There is always room for improvement, especially dealing with as many moving parts, changing technologies and personalities of our employees.
