Served as trusted advisor to CEO to identify technology solutions to accelerate growth through efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for all technology functions of the business including data center, 7 branches, 25 homeowner associations & 60 school aged childcare facilities. Managed and provided support for 300 full-time and 900 part time employees.

Implemented a monitoring system for the environment including 15 servers, ~400 PC & Macs, 100 tablets, 40 wireless access points, networking equipment, phone systems, camera & HVAC systems. Introduced task categorization & workload capture for help desk system. Administered licensing, purchase and maintenance of all IT software and hardware systems.
