Prepare Non-conformances in database for Partner related defects Mechanical Design Engineer, (Contract Labor Employee), May 2009 – Jan 2010 Responsible to the Ground Support Equipment Manager for the preparation of 3-D modules and 2-D to draft packages for manufacturing. Used CAD/CAM software packages such as Pro-Engineering/Wildfire, Solid Edge, and Micro station. Prepared submitted Engineering Packages for approval. The packages requested included all requirements for quality, material, surface finishes and processes, drawing exceptions (redlines, etc.) and requirements. Provided program / task completion schedule requirements to the performing labs and machine shop for accurate estimations on start and completion dates. All start / completion date schedules for jobs had to be coordinated with respective performing labs and machine shops prior date agreement. Provided cost estimates for work to be performed by the labs and machine shops to include but detail fabrication, electronic fabrication/support, environmental and test, failure analysis, chemical finish, tool fabrication and final assembly.
