Mr. Dino is an ERP cloud software/ global delivery executive with more than 33 years of experience in the I.T. and ERP software industry. At Infor, he started up and built a 300+ person global delivery organization in Manila that provide ERP software consulting, implementation and managed services to customers in the U.S., Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions. He started up and developed HP’s managed services business in the country, and ran HP’s education services unit to record revenue growth. Started up and built Infor’s Global Delivery Services center in Manila into a 240+ strong organization that provide ERP consulting/ implementation services to Infor’s customers in the U.S., Europe, and the APAC region.

Launched GDS remotely delivered service offerings across Infor’s regional businesses that resulted in GDS capturing 35% of Infor’s global consulting services business.

Rolled out project management processes that ensured consistency and high quality of service delivery out of the GDS center in Manila.
