2007-2010 Al Rawabi School
Worked as a Pre-school Teacher’s Assistant, a Cycle 1 Teacher and an IT Teacher for the pre-school. Responsibilities included:
o Substituting whenever the teacher was absent, taking over all the classroom responsibilities.
o Took the children to play in the playground during their break time and supervised them.
o Prepared snacks for the students
o Escorted them to the bathrooms.
o Organized art exhibitions in which all kind of art was made. o Arranged their homework and activity sheets.
o Prepared the weekly lesson plan in consultation with the classroom teacher. o Taught the class the core subjects (Math, English). o Educated the students’ basic computers skills.
Worked as the principal’s secretary.
As a secretary I

Used a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
Devised and maintained office systems;
Booked rooms and conference facilities;
Used content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
Attended meetings, took minutes and kept notes;
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
Ordered and maintained stationery and equipment;
Sorted and distributed incoming post. Organized and sent outgoing post;
Organized and stored paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Photocopied and printed various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
Manipulating statistical data;
Arranging both in-house and external events
