QUALITY ENGINEER at Pennar Industries, Hyderabad, India July 2017- March 2018
Daily activities include creating and maintaining quality control documents, testing finished goods to compare them to customer provided specifications, validating detection processes for defective product, creating and performing audits.

PROJECT EXPERIENCES:
Fabrication of Air Brake system:
Designed and fabricated braking system by recirculating of exhaust gases in a sample four stroke petrol engine.
Designed component drawings using SOLID WORKS and AUTO CAD.
Proposed an alternating braking system for heavy vehicles reducing air pollution.
Pedal Powered Hacksaw:
Designed a low cost and pedal operated Hacksaw which is ideal for small scale productions and is portable.
Used Arc welding and Gas welding techniques in the production.
Designed using slider crank mechanism and involves manual effort.
Design of Experiments on Air bag explosion:
Evaluated the safety standard using a small dummy by varying the seating position, air bag trigger pressure and trigger time in order to minimize the injuries in a frontal crash.
Performed 2k factorial design and determined the factors causing head injury and chest injury.
Used the MADYMO software conducted the experiments to collect the data of dummy models and evaluated the injury criteria.
By using DESIGNEXPERT software determined the effect of the factors on the response variables.
Lean Six sigma:
Performed Lean and six sigma methodologies and reduces the waste during product changeovers.
Implemented a culture of kaizen events by waste Identification and elimination.
Performed Pareto analysis and Fishbone diagram to analyze the problems.
