·Westview Senior Assisted Living/ Memory Care, Ellisville, Mo. $ 10,000,000.00, 88,000 sq. ft. 3 story 130 units, Market Rate housing, contract position.
·Plaza Del Sol, assisted living facility, San Angelo, TX; $3,300,000. Three-story, seventy-five unit, 60,000 sq. ft. building. Completed on time and within budget. Put company in bonus status, Phase Two completed two years later.
·United Methodist Village, Godfrey, IL; market rate retirement community; $13,000,000. Started with corn fields and designed and built a complete infrastructure with roads, lake, maintenance facility, three-story apartment building, four separate courtyards, and a market rate single home development sector. It took approximately one and one half years to complete phase one of five.
·St. Johns Housing, assisted living facility, Washington, NC; single-story, thirty-six units, 22,000 sq. ft. Job cost $2,200,000. Completed on time and in bonus status despite two hurricanes and biggest flood ever to hit the Eastern seaboard.

Women’s Health Center, $9,900,000, this project was a rescue project from another company associate the fireproofing materials were failing due to incorrect installation procedures, as the project was 95% complete it demanded a complete dis-mantling of ceiling grid, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, as a new air handling unit was integrated into a part of the old hospital it had to separated yet remain functional, we utilized temporary cooling units, Heap machines, wall protection to protect the finished product from damage, the project was a coordination between subs and GC, we kept the adjusted schedule to open the new wing, after several 14-16 hr. days the objective was met, the client was happy and the community had their new addition.
