• On top of my duties and responsibilities as General Site Administrator prior to this promotion.

• Coordinator of Soft & Hard services common area issues.

• Calling the Clients to make an appointment for inspection and scheduling of work.

• Preparing official quotations based in Supervisors work calculation forms and reports after inspection.

(Drafting, printing, getting approval from FM Engineer, scanning, saving in the folder system and sending through email to the clients).

• Uploading the sent quotation copy in the Infor EAM system for history reference per property details.

• Assisting all Supervisors for their daily operations matters.

• Responding email queries from the Clients.

• Attending Call Center team queries regarding quotations.
