RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN DOCUMENT CONTOLLER COORDINATOR
Maintaining and Updating Document / Drawing Register which includes receiving and distributing the drawings, updating document control database and also replacing absolute drawings with the latest version
To maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
To maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
To ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
Review and check the issuing and receiving status of construction drawings
Controls project document such as engineering documents (Engineering Drawings, Specification, Procedure/Manual, Site instruction, Field Request note, Request for Information, and all kind of authorized code & standard for reference), Contractual Documents, Receiving letters and outgoing letters.
To coordinate with projects and support services, in accordance with Company procedures.
Preparation and submission of Transmittals, Letters, RFI etc. to the client for approval.
Preparing weekly reports, monthly reports, minutes of meetings
Monitor the leave employee’s details and ongoing employees’ details of the project.
Coordinate with the HR dept. for the man power required for the project.
Preparing the monthly charge for the external hired employees
Preparing Employee Accommodation Request.
RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
To contribute to the mobilisation / demobilisation of employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
To maintain the currency of all employee documentation relating to residency & employment as required by relevant legislation.
