Chief Executive Officer, Plano, TX (2014 – 2019)

Acquired $125MM allocation of private equity funding through relationship with Energy Spectrum Capital for startup of oil and gas midstream company with co-investment of up to $375MM for a total capital allocation of

$500MM. Led strategic planning and business development efforts. Managed overall general and administrative functions including human resources. Identified and reviewed approximately 110 midstream opportunities in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota. Primary focus areas included the Permian and STACK plays for natural gas, crude oil and produced water projects. Served as SFM representative on board of directors. Oversaw construction of natural gas treating and processing plant and natural gas gathering system in Yoakum County, TX. Commissioned the facilities in February, 2019. Access Midstream Partners, LP (formerly Chesapeake Midstream Management, L.L.C.) Director, Business Development, Oklahoma City, OK (2010 – 2014) Director of business development activities for Access Midstream including organic growth projects, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and drop downs into a master limited partnership. Reported to Access Midstream CEO. Responsible for all basins in which Chesapeake Energy was active from the Rockies to the Marcellus. Closed approximately $574MM of transactions in 42 months. Received approval to install up to 5 natural gas processing plants with a total capacity of 780 MMcfd. In addition to Chesapeake, customers included Anadarko, Mitsui, CNOOC, Total, Enervest and other oil and gas producers. Supervised staff of 15 including 9 business development positions and 6 operations positions for a 385,000 barrel crude oil storage facility in Western Oklahoma. Responsibilities include the preparation of board documents, economic analyses, macro-economic studies and presentation of projects to Chesapeake and Access executives. Also responsible for budgeting and P&L for the Ventura Crude Terminal and Storage facilities near Thomas, OK. Exterran Partners, L.P.

Director, Business Development, Oklahoma City, OK (2010 – 2010) Responsible for development of natural gas midstream projects and strategic planning for Exterran’s Central- Northeast Region. Located and developed investment opportunities, negotiated with client companies, prepared economics and project approval presentations for projects within a region that stretched from Pampa, Texas to the Marcellus Shale. This area of responsibility included the Granite Wash, Cana Field, Woodford Shale, Fayetteville Shale, Hugoton Basin, Cherokee Basin CBM, Michigan, the traditional Appalachian Basin and the Marcellus Shale. Coordinated business development efforts with Exterran’s sales team, manufacturing groups and other regional Business Development Directors. Responsible for developing multiple level relationships at key client companies. Developed midstream projects in the Marcellus Shale, Utica-Collingwood shale and gas processing prospects in Kentucky. 2

Crosstex Energy Services, L.P.

Director, Corporate Development, Dallas, TX (2007 – 2009) Responsible for development of capital projects greater than $5 MM. Provided support for Crosstex’s Commercial Department. Coordinator for asset acquisition activities. Secured funding approval for $151 MM of pipeline expansion and compression projects in Louisiana, a $9.2 MM pipeline loop project in East Texas and several gathering and treating projects in Southeastern Oklahoma. Served as the cross-functional Team Leader for the East Texas and Arkoma Asset Teams encompassing Corporate Development, Operations, Commercial and Engineering functions. Responsible for financial reporting to Crosstex’s Senior Management group for the asset teams. Served as Corporate Development representative on the Louisiana Asset Team. Performed analysis of external processing offers versus construction of new cryogenic processing plant in East Texas. Evaluated five potential gathering and processing system acquisitions in Oklahoma and Texas. Economic reduction in force.

Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent, LLC

Vice President of Commercial Services, Director of Commercial Services, Tulsa, OK (2002 – 2007) Responsible for the commercial and business development functions of Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent LLC

(formerly Spectrum Field Services), a natural gas gathering and processing company. Commercial duties included negotiations with oil and gas producers for well connections, contract execution and administration, negotiating leases, condensate sales, right-of-way administration, nominations and personnel management. Negotiated natural gas gathering, processing and transportation contracts. Negotiated construction agreements and facility lease agreements. Supervised from 3-5 employees. Participated in business development projects and due diligence efforts for potential asset acquisitions and divestitures. Conducted management presentations and field tours for potential buyers of Spectrum Field Services which sold for approximately $140MM. Conceived and executed a $7.5MM asset divestiture in three weeks at the close of the third quarter, 2006. The commercial group connected 51 wells or central delivery points in 2002, 44 in 2003, 96 in 2004, 57 in 2005 and 54 in 2006 resulting in incremental volume of approximately 35 MMcf/d. Annual revenue generated by these new connections is approximately $8 MM. Velma Plant inlet volumes rose from 39 MMcf/d in November, 2002 to 75 MMcf/d in 2Q 2005, an increase of 92% over a 30 month period. Negotiated contracts with Chesapeake and Zinke & Trumbo, Inc. which resulted in the construction of 28.5 miles of 12” pipeline to connect eleven wells and approximately 20 MMcf/d of new gas supply. Projected annual EBITDA for this project averaged $1.4MM per year for the first five years. Williams International Company

Senior Business Development Representative, Tulsa, OK (2001 – 2002) International business development for energy related projects. Project development in Wales, Poland, India, Australia and Southeast Asia. Acquisition Project Manager for privatization of 40% of new company created by PGN, Indonesia’s state natural gas pipeline company with an initial bid of approximately US$120 million. Worked with local Indonesian partner and a partner from Singapore. Coordinated the efforts of Williams corporate treasury, engineering, financial modeling, accounting, legal, risk and commercial groups. Prepared and delivered management presentations to Williams International Company executives. Coordinated the efforts of Singapore financial advisers and local tax advisers. Prepared preliminary non-binding offer, coordinated data room activities and negotiation of definitive agreements in preparation for final offer. Reduction in force.

P.A.C.E. Engineering, Inc

Director, Sales and Marketing, Tulsa, OK (2000 – 2001) Personally responsible for approximately $900,000 in sales in first year. Responsible for national sales and marketing activities for the P.A.C.E. Group of companies. Duties included direct sales calls, supervision of sales staff of five people, direct proposal preparation, contract administration, advertising and e-commerce via internet web site. Clients included natural gas midstream companies, municipalities and fiber optic companies. P.A.C.E. Group sales for 1999 were approximately $10 million and sales for 2000 were approximately $18 million in 2001. Left to return to Williams.

Transok, LLC / Coastal Field Services (1997-1999)

Account Manager, Gas Services Development, Tulsa, OK (1998 – 1999) Coordinated the acquisition and integration of ANR Field Services gathering and processing facilities in the Mid-Continent area into Transok’s asset base and the subsequent divestiture of certain assets as required by the Federal Trade Commission. Closed three divestitures for a total of approximately $20 million between October, 1998 and June,1999. Responsible for approval of projects involving ANRFS assets. Participated in data room and conducted field inspections for the sale of Transok to Enogex resulting in a reduction in force.

Manager Business Development, Houston, TX (1997-1998) Manager of Marketing and Business Development for ANR Field Services’ gathering and processing facilities in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. Generated approximately $450,000 in incremental revenue in first year. Negotiated sale of ANRFS gathering assets and ANR Production Company’s 200 MMcf/d Custer Processing Plant to Transok for $75MM. Completed spin down of gathering assets from ANR Pipeline. Negotiated gathering, processing and compression services agreements with gas producers and shippers. Responsible for gas purchases for plant shrink, contract administration and providing measurement information for nomination balancing. Reported to Vice President, Business Development and supervised two Business Development Senior Representatives. Company acquired by Transok, LLC.

Williams Field Services (1991–1997)

Senior Business Development Representative, Tulsa, Oklahoma (1995-1997) Business Development for natural gas gathering pipelines, treating and processing facilities in East Texas and Southern Louisiana. Worked with major gas producers in the Haynesville Cotton Valley Lime Reef Play to establish a new core area for Williams Field Services and in Southern Louisiana to expand Transco and Texas Gas pipeline infrastructure. Member of Onshore Texas and Offshore Texas Asset Management Teams. Participated with asset acquisition groups and performed acquisition due diligence. Negotiated and prepared gathering, processing, joint venture agreements. Project Manager - Business Development, Tulsa, Oklahoma (1994-1995) Business Development for natural gas pipelines, processing plants and power projects in Southeast Asia.
