Job Description:
Punch-list items with PID, PROPONENT, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE and ensure all pending items are cleared by the contractor.
Punch list update,preparation, and closing of open punches.
Punch List- This list contains the no. of work which are not according to CLIENT Standards, which means it is not following the desired standards. This is raised by PID, OPERATION'S, PROPONENT AND MAINTENANCE to complete the work as per ARAMCO STANDARDS.
Closing process of punchlist.
i) After receiving the punches we go to our construction crew team for the rectification
ii) We will walk through for confirming whether any material is required or not. iii) If material is required then we will order the same. iv) If not then we ask the team to work on it and close the points as soon as possible.
v) After completion of the punches we will walk through ourselves first. vi) After getting the points rectified we again call the initiator to check the same.
vii) After their satisfied checking when they say its OK then we take closure sign by initiator.
viii) Update it on the server
ix) Thus we get the PMCC(Partial Mechanical Completion Certificate) only after closure of the given punches.
• Deals with reviewing of all Inspection plan, Inspection Checklist, Test Report, Method Statement & Material Approval prior for project plan preparation.
• Discuss and resolve the problems associated with measurement variables in the datasheets with the process people.
• Confirming that the Calibration of the instruments match with the specifications in the Instrument Data Sheet.
• Monitoring daily Instruments installation and testing activities and verifying that it complies with the project specification.
