● Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle and formulate plans, documenting process flows and other technical specifications

● Requirement gathering, analysis and specification skills gathered through interactions with clients onshore and offshore

● Bridging the gap between requirement specification and development by converting user’s specification of requirements in layman terms to technical terms and designs for developers

● Fit/Gap Analysis for implementation of existing products client through study of client’s processes and in-depth knowledge of features and processes provided by the existing product

● Strong fundamentals in UI designs, agile and scrum methodologies, software test life cycle, manual and automation testing for mobile apps and websites

● Extensive experience in creating use cases, technical reports, tables and graphs for analytical data, test plans, test cases, bug reports and test closure reports

● Experience working on Appium to automate testing on mobile applications and Selenium to automate tests on websites

● Hands-on experience in using Jira, Asana, Trello for bug and project management

● Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel- Vlookup & Pivot table, Word, PowerPoint), Office 365, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drawings I am an active member of the Ministry of Testing and keep myself updated with the recent and best practices being followed in the industry.
