Performed heat transfer and metallurgical assessment to determine the optimum thickness of Bell Nipples considering cost benefit to the customer.

Designed 15K to 25K lb-ft rotary tables for the 225K and 460K HWU on Autodesk Inventor. Prepared engineering drawings for components of Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) including the console, work basket, and work window, counter balance, Jack, Rotary table, and Risers using Inventor and AutoCAD mechanical.

Process Engineer Intern, Shell Nigeria July 2017 to September 2017 Shell Petroleum Development Company Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria Found opportunity for increased capacity; implementation led to an increase of 200 MMscfd in capacity. Created an Operating Envelope for the Bonny NAG natural gas plant in Nigeria for use by the operating manager. Interfaced with plant staff to solve critical Engineering problems. Utilized UNISYM to identify bottle necks to total capacity of the plant.

Developed process flow sheets and P&ID through use of PIPESYM. Verified P&ID on site for safety and accuracy.
