Handle OmanTel project in UAT phase-Telecom BSS product [TABs7]:

Participate with implementation team in UAT, review results of test cases and validate system to make sure that solutions meet business needs.

Identify business problems, perform change impact analysis,

And propose best possible solutions.

Develop/modify program units to serve application as needed to meet requirements.

Identify, analyze and assess issues, review root cause analysis (RCA) reports, proposing the solution to client.

2014 – 2017 Huawei, Egypt- Software Designer

Mentor China development team off-shore from both sides business and technical perspective for Telecom BSS Product.

Analyze customer needs, develop replies and negotiate with customer.

Communicate overall solution to China development team.

Review and approve FRS in accordance with business requirements.

Manage with other teams [Quality, source control and implementation] to deliver software solutions.

Guide implementation team through UAT till going live.

Mentor Egypt’s development team from business perspective for Telecom BSS Product in the product delivery group.

Reverse engineering for system analysis of TABs 6.10.

Prepare SRS documents for upgrade Product TABs 7.

Communicate business scenarios and processes to development team.

Develop and implement test scenarios and test cases, review results of test cases and make adjustment as needed to meet requirements.

Above activities were done for projects in EMTS Nigeria – Airtel Bangladesh - Warid Pakistan.

2008 – 2012 ITS, Egypt- Assistant System Analyst

Handle change requests for Telecom BSS Product in the service delivery group.

Manage Patch releases in service delivery group:

-Following up and facilitate communication and create productive relationships with and between internal stakeholders.

-Share risks with project manager to maintain timeline.

-Make sure all business scenarios have been covered.

-Confirm Integration has been performed successfully.

Perform impact analysis and identify solutions to be negotiated with customer.

Prepare FRS document for change requests in TABS 6.10 & 6.11 as well as traceability matrix document.
