Played a major role in the:

-Commissioning of Refractories Modification of Waste Heat Recovery Boiler within the scheduled period of time in co-ordination with German Experts of M/s. Lurgi & Co.

-Commissioning of Refractories in Lead & Silver Refinery Project within the scheduled period of time in co-ordination with MIM Technology, England.

Actively involved in the reusage of used Refractory Bricks & Acid Proof Bricks in different equipments which already reduced the cost of production.

Capably achieved zero overtime& zero accident in Refractory Maintenance Department (HZL).

Pivotal in introducing cheaper & alternative Refractory Bricks (High Alumina Bricks instead of Mag-chrome Bricks) for the first time in the company for Waelz Kiln thereby saving of Rs.17,50000/-per annum.

Introduced conventional castable instead of Low Cement Castable in resulted in a saving of Rs.7.5 Lakhs.
