Managing overall Credit Control activities.

Establish strategic forecast for collection.

Ensure all the invoices dispatched to the customers.

Develop healthy relationship with the debtors and regular meeting with them as well.

Closely watched on all ledgers and categorize the poor pay masters.

Monitor the all invoices reached to the client and payment also moving in a smooth way.

Handle 250+ debtors in different category like Travel Agents, Corporates, and Ministries including overseas payments.

Management approvals in all necessary docs.

PROCESS IN DETAILS

All credit invoices to be checked by the executive.

Verify the supporting docs and process proper invoices.

Overvision on all invoice dispatch and make sure the record keeping.

Renewal of contracts and limit setting.

Prepare the agewise reports periodically as per the organizational policy.

Manage all recovery in allotted days only.

Provision for bad debts.

Management reports.
