● Hired to transform a team that had not released a product in five years. Released 10 SKUs in the following year.

● Eliminated fear amongst teams: Fear of risk taking, Fear of innovation, Fear of raising red flags. Promoted project ownership, empowered individuals and introduced a “red flags” system, a continuous improvement system, innovation award program. Morale improved significantly, driving productivity higher.

● Automation of system test (QA), 80% of all the tests are now fully automated, and test coverage has increased to 90% range. Features that were never tested due to a high number of working hours then began being tested consistently with every release.

● Introduction of CI/CD (Continuous Development and Continuous Integration) significantly increased the quality of software handed to the system test team, which led to fewer bugs and the ability to meet committed timelines.

● Appointed to head of DSL Gateway Engineering team as Engineering Manager. Promoted to Manager in three months, and later to Sr. Manager, Director, Sr. Director and then VP of Engineering.

● Led global teams in multiple U.S. and global locations, such as China, India, and Taiwan. Visited the ODMs face-to-face, built relationships, and guided the growth of their teams.
