Controlling of access points by giving access to authorised individuals and vehicles only.

Performing patrols at the hotel ground, parking slots, lobbies, and restaurant to ensure orderliness.

Maintain traffic and order in the hotel premises.

Report to supervisors and management all suspicious activities and personnel

Investigate disturbance reported by hotel staff or guest

Giving help and support to guest or staff who has sustained injury or a shock by givings first aid
