Leading various projects related to Design and Manufacturing at sites of Morton Groove US, Hoddesdon UK, Nanjing China, and Sydney Australia.

Managed Design work of creating 3D Models (Part & Assembly) and engineering drawings as per latest drawing standards, ASME and BS standards, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T), etc. using tools such as PTC Creo, Solidworks, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Inventor.

Executed task of 3D scanning for reverse engineering with FARO 6-axis robotic arm. Converting and processing point-cloud data collected through Laser scanner to CAD software readable format with help of Geo-magic Control software for fine-tuning draft models.

Led several tasks for testing and prototyping deploying the 3D Printing technology to optimize products after designing and simulating.

Coordinated the Logistics of Scanned Impellers, engineering documents, drawings, etc. from Supplier to Technology Center and shipping final products to USA.

Organizing resources and preparing Gantt charts (Stop-light charts) to plan and schedule Project timelines using Microsoft Project.

Spearheaded as a Project Status Manager while executing the Chinatown Revitalization Project as a part of Sauder MM’s Community Business Project.

Planet Water Organization

Volunteered for Planet Water Organization for communicating importance of water in remote places in India. Also established water towers in rural places to provide free potable water for domestic use. Rotaract Club of Vadodara
