Analysis of various flood events caused due to Hurricane Harvey in selected Texas counties by using ArcGIS

●Performed GIS-based hurricane hazard analysis using ArcGIS which helped in comparison of the flood events with rainfall, elevation and height above the ground.

●Extracted the Digital Elevation Model from the USGS website to study the elevation of various places affected by flood in Texas.

●Estimated the amount of rainfall by performing IDW interpolation.
