Hired outside companies (third party) to perform rework or sorting activities to ensure a quality product is delivered to the vehicle assembly plant.

Proactively identified potential quality issues and initiate corrective actions prior to being discovered by GM quality engineers.

Worked alongside the GM Vehicle Launch teams and Delphi Packard design engineers for successful vehicle launches.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Increased raw material usage by reducing the amount of color added to parts and increasing the amount of raw material (liquid silicone rubber) used in a kit.

Root caused a fuel rail thermal event at the GM Arlington truck plant. The cause of the event was the positive battery cable terminal contacting the rail on the police pursuit version of the Tahoe. The root cause was the positive cable was “hot” after the dual batteries were connected.
