Team Supervision
● Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
● Helping team in case of any operational issues, scheduling calls with the clients for any process related issues etc.

● Handle all sorts of Labour and Staff related issues.

Documentation/ Reporting
● Responsible for preparing daily, monthly and quarterly dashboard.
● Ensuring that exports documentation of all vehicles is accurate and sent on Time.
● Ensuring timely preparation and submission of daily reports related to site.
● Prepare Monthly Budget related to Administration and ensure that bills are submitted against each and every Expenditure.
● Handled Self Bill Invoices (System generated invoices) and queries relating the same. It also includes rising of debits and credits.
● Preparing PPT on a monthly basis and send it to Business and Management to discuss the overall performance. Prepare Daily Metrics and send it to the Team and Management to review productivity.
