PROJECT WORKS:
• A Design of 10-seater turboprop engine aircraft been made as a part of the academics in 5th semester.
• The Secondary stage of the design was carried out in 6th semester.
• “Anti-Drone mechanism” was scaled to the smaller level using the hardware technology
“Arduino” and was presented at the “Make-A-thon” conducted by the “Vellore Institute of Technology” on March 2019.
• The final semester project involves the “Compliant wing control surfaces using Smart materials”, an upcoming project, deals with the usage of smart materials in the continuous control surface and their actuation processes. The project works already started and was supposed to be completed by MARCH 2020.
EXPERIENCE:
• WINTER INTERNSHIP IN DRDO-DRIC (2018):
The winter of 2018 was spent at the “RESEARCH AND INNOVATION CENTRE OF DEFENSE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION, CHENNAI” in the field of “MORPHING WINGS”, for a period of one month.
• INDUSTRIAL VISIT ISRO, BANGALORE (2018):
An industrial visit at Indian Space Research Organization, Bangalore was organized by college to learn about the satellite and rocket development in India.
• INDUSTRIAL VISIT JAKKUR AERODROME, BANGALORE (2018): An industrial visit to Jakkur Aerodrome, Bangalore was organized by college to learn about the Air traffic Control and the works that relate with piloting the aircraft. SKILLS:
