JOB PROFILE:

Responsible to Plan and maintain EHS Systems & practices on a continuous basis and ensure compliance to all related Legal Norms.

To ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment’s like safety shower, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Control center, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm System and Public Address System.

Prepare yearly Safety Training Calendar and given training to all company & contractor employees and ERT members.

To create EHS awareness across the organization and to conduct mock drills periodically to provide experience of handling emergencies

Issuing Hot work Permit, Confined space entry, Work at heights, Excavation permits etc.,

Handling and Disposal of Hazardous waste and Biomedical waste.

To prepare Job safety analysis HIRA and HAZOP studies, Risk assessment/control

Identified unsafe condition and unsafe Act and corrective action taken.

Selection of suitable personal protective Equipment’s based on MSDS and suggestion by experienced employees.

Conducting Internal audits and ensures corrective for non-compliance.

Periodic Laboratory/ Plant safety audits, Inspection and its reporting.

To organize Safety Committee Meeting, MOM preparation & follow up.

Investigate accident/ incident report and take corrective and preventive action.(CAPA)

Preparation of departmental SOP’s and On-Site/ Off-Site Emergency Plan. .

Projects:

Preparation of CAPEX, Planning and execution of projects (new equipment & facilities and other modifications & improvement activities)

Commissioning and validation of Clean rooms & Air Handling Units

Documentation:

Preparation of monthly reports and upkeep of equipment maintenance records.

Ensure and upkeep of system and documents towards zero critical observation during customer, FDA, WHO, MHRA audits etc.

Preparation and review of SOPs, Protocols, reports, Qualification and Validation documents.

Production Process:

Execute all downstream manufacturing activities in production area .

Operate the Rapid Mixer Granulator, Fluidized bed dryer, tray dryer Compressor.

Flow cGMP Practices during the manufacturing activity and operations associated activities with QA & QC

IT SKILL:
