Ensure that all systems such as MEPF, Civil and Structural, Sludge and Garbage Management, Vertical Transport System, Landscapes and other facilities are all in tip top condition, proper preventive maintenance and operation of equipment are implemented.

Assistant Director of Facility Management, OKADA Manila – 23 February 2015 to 31 MAY 2017: Responsible for the pre-opening activities such as ensuring that all tools, equipment, attic stocks, etc. are in place. Inform designers, contractors and project management team of possible problems that will be encountered during operation and shared solutions to smoothen the Hotel and Casino Operation. 3. Superintendent – E & I Department, Foster Wheeler, Project - DOW Chemical & ARAMCO Project, Jubail, Saudi Arabia, June 2014 to 20 Feb 2015:

Supervised the installation of electrical and instrumentation system and ensure that works are all carried out in accordance with project requirements and adhering to safety procedures.

4. M & E Team Leader, Leighton Contractors Asia Ltd., Project- Construction and Operation of Sludge Treatment Plant – Hong Kong, October 2011 - April 2014: Leads the E & I Team for the installation of electrical, instrumentation and FDAS equipment and ensure full compliance with specifications, safety and quality standard and carried out in accordance with project requirements and in the planned time frame. 5. Construction Manager - E & I, CEGELEC-Qatar, Jan 2010 to Aug 2011: Tank Farm and Effluent Treatment Plant, Pearl GTL, Ras Laffan, Qatar.

Leads E & I Department in the installations of MEPF Equipment and ensure that construction activities were in accordance with AFC drawings, contract specifications and approved method statements. Resolved engineering issues or design changes during the execution of the project. Attended project review meetings for monitoring the project progress and closely coordinated with other project engineering disciplines. Assisted with Testing

& Commissioning activities.

Construction Manager – E & I, Mohammad Al-Mojil Group (MMG), Jubail, KSA, Jan 2008 to Dec 2009: Upgrading of ULSD Project of Saudi ARAMCO Shell Refinery (SASREF), followed by PET Conversion & DBN Project for Arabian Industrial Fibers Company. Execute, prepare schedule, costing and safety of the project. Resolved conflicts and different functional needs across the organization to meet project road-maps and deliverables. Developed and implemented safety programs. Provided leadership by defining work expectations, measuring and evaluating the performance of both contractors/suppliers and employees.

7. General Superintendent - E & I, Project: Yanbu Ethylene Glycol Plant, National Petrochemical Plant (YANSAB), Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, Nov 2006 to Dec 2007:

Supervised the installation of electrical and instrumentation equipment. Ensure that all works are in compliance to specifications, quality standard and on schedule. General Manager, Sorsogon-I Electric Cooperative, Inc, (SORECO- 1) Irosin, Sorsogon, June 1999 to Nov 2006:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electric utility serving more than 80,000 member/consumers with almost 3000kM of 13.8kV Distribution Lines spread to 8 municipalities served by 500+ employees. Spearheading the affairs of the Cooperative by achieving reasonable economies, employing competent supervision and exercising sound judgment.
