I am an Environmental Science Major from the Ateneo de Manila University. Over my years in college, I have developed my work ethic and have honed my skills in critical thinking, decision-making, effective

communication, and public speaking. I am passionate about communicating my ideas and any other topic

that I may encounter over the course of my career. I am a fast learner and open to new things.

2016 Human Resources Head - Ateneo Resident Students Association Seniors’ Send-off

As Human Resources Head, I was in charge of gathering and managing the volunteers for the Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA) Seniors’ Send- off. The Orientation Seminar of the Ateneo Resident Students Association is a week- long event that welcomes the incoming freshmen of batch 2020/2021 to the Residence Halls. As a volunteer, I was in charge of mobilizing the freshmen to the different areas for activities as well as helping the core team set up for the different events throughout the Orientation Seminar. 2016 Human Resources Manager for Controls - Ateneo Resident Students Association

As Human Resources Manager for Controls, I was in charge of conducting the mid- evaluations and post-evaluations of all the projects of the Ateneo Resident Students Association. I made sure that each project was evaluated properly to determine whether or not it was successful, and worked closely with the core team of each project to resolve any possible problems or conflicts during and after the project.

2017 Welcome Dinner Head - Ateneo Resident Students Association Orientation Seminar: Wayfinder

As Welcome Dinner Head, I was in charge of setting up the welcoming event for the Ateneo Resident Students Association Orientation Seminar. I had to coordinate with the different Residence Halls advisers, as well as contact former alumni to be guest speakers for the event. I was tasked to come up with the whole flow of the event, as well as coordinate with the Food Head for the dinner and the Human Resources Head for the hosts.

2018 Stage and Audience Committee (Subcore) - ARSAFest: Bandnight ARSAFest is the Ateneo Resident Students Association’s flagship project that is held every year within campus grounds. It is a 3-day event that aims to exhibit the culture of the different provinces that the students from the Residence Halls hail from. Band Night is one of the two main night events of ARSAFest that is held on the second night of the event. I was in charge of assisting the core team in the set-up and ensuring that the program flow of the event was to be followed as much as possible. I was also tasked for crowd control; I had to make sure that the crowd adhered to the rules and I had the authority to reprimand when necessary. 2018 Hero - Ateneo Resident Students Association Orientation Seminar: Gameplay As a “Hero” in the official orientation seminar of the Ateneo Resident Students Association, I was one of the few assigned to interact with and talk to the incoming freshman of batch 2022/2023. I was tasked to welcome them into the Ateneo and ARSA and provide them with relevant information about the Residence Halls and the Ateneo life in general, all so that they will more easily adapt in their stay in college. I was in charge of giving the incoming freshmen guidance, support, and wisdom, as well as making them feel at home.

2018-2019 Captain - ARSA Dance Troupe

As the captain of the ARSA Dance Troupe, I was in charge of a team of over 30 members and was tasked with all logistical matters and making sure the group was active by setting performances in different events within the campus. I was also in charge of the 11-man team that represented the Ateneo Resident Students Association in Rhythm-in-Blue, the annual inter-organization dance competition of the Ateneo, and managed to lead my team to the championship in 2018. 2018-2019 ES Affairs Ecocore - Ateneo Environmental Science Society As a member of the ES Affairs Ecocore, I make sure that the department stays factual and true to the Ateneo Environmental Science Society’s mission and vision.

2019 FCC Head - Ateneo Resident Student Association Orientation Seminar: Continuum

As FCC Head, I was in charge of training the student facilitators assigned to each freshman group for the Ateneo Resident Students Association Orientation Seminar. My main task was to conduct seminars and teach the student facilitators how to properly interact with the incoming freshmen and respond to different scenarios. I was also tasked to group the incoming freshmen into Freshman Care Committees and to assign their student facilitators. I was the bridge of the student facilitators to the organizing team of the project.
