Summary

My work history is focused on salesforce administration, customer service, technical support, game testing, and community/forum administration. As part of the set-up and configuration team for Salesforce support before, I've handled a lot of customer queries, and help them set-up things that they would like to implement in their Salesforce organization. I’ve experienced working as Salesforce admin (ad-hoc) in a UK based company and is working closely with Salesforce architect and developers.
