It is my pleasure and honor to recommend Elizabeth Moore for consideration into the program. I have known Elizabeth for a year and was delighted to serve as her clinical instructor in my summer NUR 145 & 146 rotation at AnMed Health Cannon. Elizabeth was also in my NUR 162 Mental Health Nursing class during the spring semester. I believe you would find Elizabeth to be a perfect candidate for the residency program.
According to your website Prisma Health is committed to providing new graduate nurses with a solid foundation to launch their nursing career. “Our residency program combines foundational and specialty specific clinical core curriculum, quality classes, simulation, one-on-one skills validation, hands-on application with clinical mentors and professional development.” Though she has a good foundation at TCTC, Elizabeth would greatly benefit from participation in Prisma’s Nurse Residency academies.
Prior to becoming a nursing instructor at Tri-County Tech, I was the Nurse Manager for ER & CCU at AnMed Health Cannon. Elizabeth displays the type characteristics I would seek when hiring a nurse. She is caring, compassionate, and very sweet. She has experience taking care of people. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Elizabeth for any available slots in the residency program. I have no doubt she will uphold the standards of TCTC and become an exemplary registered nurse.
