Deputed for survey, estimation of material and preparation of BOQ for New 33KV line & New 33/11KV substation and New 33KV bay extension in exiting 33/11KV substation

Worked as team leader- Handling 15 Diploma engineer’s team.

Preparation of agency & client billing, utilization & reconciliation of materials.

Erection & Execution

Installation of 33/11KV Primary Substation & accessories i.e. Erection of Power Transformer (10/8/5/3.15 MVA), CRP, VCB/ACB, Isolators, LA, & Cable Laying.

Erection of Distribution Transformers (63/100/200/250/315/500 KVA).

Erection of HT line (Wolf 173sqmm, Dog 100sqmm, Panther 232sqmm) and LT line with Arial Bunch Cable (50 sqmm,95 sqmm 3 ph 5 wire etc.)

Installation of Power Transformer & Industrial motors.

Testing & Commissioning

Familiar with several pre & post commissioning tests of Transformer like Voltage Ratio Test, Magnetic Balance Test, Magnetizing Current Test, Open & Short ckt. Test, Vector Group Test, Winding Resistance Test, B.D.V Test etc.

Finding Insulation Resistance (I.R) & Polarization Index (P.I) of Power Transformer & Industrial motors.

Familiar with different maintenance activities i.e. Preventive Maintenance, Periodic/Routine Maintenance, Annual Shutdown Maintenance etc.
